Thank you for helping make Fall Fest happen! We’re looking for individuals, families, and groups to host booths and help us create a fun, welcoming night for our community.

What is a booth?
Think Trunk or Treat, but indoors! Each booth host will have a 5 ft x 7 ft space in our auditorium. Your booth should include a fun theme and a simple activity or game for kids. Candy will be provided for all booths!

When you register, you’ll be asked to submit your booth theme and activity idea. We ask that all themes be fun, joyful, and family-friendly—please avoid anything scary or dark. You will receive confirmation of your theme after registering to help us prevent duplicate themes.

Booth Set-Up:
Tuesday, October 27 | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Thursday, October 29 | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

All booths must be completely decorated, set up, and ready to go by Friday, October 30. If you need another time outside of those provided, reach out and we can find something that works!
